This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how we can help if there is an issue.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use, including:

  • Cracks or breakage caused by material defects
  • Structural issues affecting normal use
  • Obvious defects or deformation upon arrival

If your item qualifies, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by drops, impact, or misuse
  • Damage after planting soil, plants, or stones
  • Normal wear, aging, or slight color variations
  • Fading due to prolonged outdoor exposure
  • Damage caused by improper care or handling

Please note that resin planters are decorative functional items. Minor texture or color variations are normal and part of the handmade or molded process.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If your succulent pots are eligible for warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via contact us page with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Photos: Please provide clear photos of the damaged item to help us assess the situation quickly.
  3. Return the Item: If necessary, we will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will either repair or replace it, depending on the issue.

Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty is only available to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ZUZUPi or authorized resellers.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price.
